Westcott Engineering & Consulting, PC is a premier civil engineering firm dedicated to partnering with its clients to rapidly and precisely translate their vision for their project into reality.  WEC was formed in 1998 by Michael Westcott, PE.  He has grown WEC into a firm that can successfully compete with much larger firms for design contracts, while maintaining a personal touch.  In 2005, Victoria Waldron Small, PE became a principal in the firm.  We are strategically located in High Point’s Mendenhall at Piedmont Centre to enable us to efficiently and effectively serve the Triad and its surrounding communities.
